Using a Pre-Paid Card to Purchase Gems or Membership

Pre-paid cards work just like credit cards, though there is one simple step that needs to be done in order to successfully make a Hard Rock World Tour purchase with one.

When using a pre-paid card, it's essential to select the "This is a prepaid card" check box on the Payment Details form. You will find it on the Payment Details form page below Billing Zip Code and above Security Code.

IMPORTANT: Pre-paid cards are not able to be used for automatic renewals for VIP subscriptions as most pre-paid cards will not allow automatic payments to be taken from the account. It is possible to purchase the first month of the VIP membership, but the renewal fee will not be successful.

If the "This is a prepaid card" box is not checked, a transaction using a pre-paid card will not be able to process properly.
