    If you're referring to the notification to collect your rewards, our teams are aware of the issue and are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

    It's nice that your team is aware of the “screen freeze” on the aquarium “collect” button, but what about the 6 to 10 million coins and dozens of charms I could not collect? The “screen freeze” has happened to me at least 12 times, if not more.
